1. Permitted use
You may use Balawari to communicate with customers who have a legitimate relationship with your business and where you have the right to message them on the relevant channel.
2. Prohibited activities
- Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages that violate platform policies.
- Unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or harmful content.
- Collecting or processing data without the consents required by law.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Using the Service to provide regulated advice (medical, legal, financial) without proper review.
3. Messaging compliance
You must follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta Platform policies, including messaging windows, opt-in requirements, and approved templates for messages sent outside the permitted window.
4. AI-generated content
Responses may be generated by AI. You are responsible for the configuration that guides those responses and for monitoring conversations, including handing sensitive cases to a human.
5. Enforcement
