Balawari1. Agreement
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these terms.
2. The Service
Balawari provides an AI-powered messaging assistant that connects to third-party messaging channels (including WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook via Meta’s APIs) to respond to customers, qualify leads, and route conversations. The Service is a conversion layer and does not replace your own systems of record.
3. Accounts & responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the configuration, prices and content you provide.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.
- You must have the rights and consents needed to message your customers on connected channels.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Detailed rules are described in our Terms of Use. We may suspend accounts that violate them or that breach the policies of connected platforms (e.g. the WhatsApp Business and Meta Platform terms).
5. Third-party platforms
Your use of WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook through the Service is also subject to Meta’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or actions taken by those platforms.
6. Fees
Where paid plans apply, fees and billing terms will be presented before you subscribe. Messaging and AI usage may be subject to the rates and limits of the underlying providers.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software and branding, is owned by Balawari. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI responses may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing automated communications. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Balawari is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or applicable platform policies.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
